Terms and Conditions These Terms govern your use of the GujMap website, Android application, information, tools and paid or free digital content. By using GujMap, you agree to these Terms. Independent information service GujMap is privately operated and is not a government website. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Gujarat, Government of India or any government department. Links to AnyRoR, GARVI, e-Milkat, iORA and other portals are provided for convenience. The destination website is the authoritative source for its services and records. No professional advice or official record GujMap does not issue certified land records, determine ownership, fix boundaries or guarantee legal title. Calculations, guides, maps and summaries are informational estimates only. Before making a property, legal or financial decision, verify information with official records and consult an appropriately qualified professional. Accounts You must provide accurate information, protect access to your Google account and device, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, share access unlawfully or attempt to bypass account and purchase controls. We may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms. Payments and digital content Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another provider shown at checkout. Access is granted only after server-side payment verification. Unless required by applicable law, completed purchases of immediately supplied digital content are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, failed transactions and content-access errors should be reported through Contact Us with the order reference. Acceptable use You must not attack, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to GujMap; upload unlawful or malicious material; misuse personal information; reproduce paid content without permission; or use GujMap to mislead others about an official land record. Intellectual property and external material The GujMap software, layout, branding and original explanations are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Government records, department names and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. External links do not transfer responsibility for third-party content to GujMap. Availability and liability We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent external links, or that all information is complete or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GujMap is not responsible for decisions, losses or disputes arising from reliance on unofficial summaries, estimates or unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes and termination We may update features and these Terms, and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms. Governing law and contact These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts. Amounts collected for map downloads are GujMap service charges used to recover server hosting, IT services, application operation and management costs associated with providing and maintaining the download service. GujMap does not claim copyright or ownership over government maps or underlying public land-record content.
