Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy explains how GujMap collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you use our website, Android application and related services. Information we collect • Account information received through Google Sign-In, such as your name, verified email address, Google account identifier and profile image. • Profile information you provide, including your mobile number. • Support enquiries and any information you include in a message. • Transaction details such as order number, amount, payment status and provider transaction reference. GujMap does not store your UPI PIN, full card number or banking credentials. • Technical and usage information needed for security, diagnostics, fraud prevention and service improvement. • Advertising identifiers and ad-interaction information when advertising is enabled in the mobile app. How we use information We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide requested content, remember purchases, process and verify payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, improve GujMap and comply with applicable law. Third-party services GujMap may use Google Sign-In for authentication, Razorpay or another displayed Indian payment provider for payments, and Google AdMob with configured mediation partners for advertising. Official government links open external websites governed by their own privacy policies. These providers process information under their respective terms and policies. Legal basis and consent We process personal data for the purposes explained at collection, to provide services you request, based on consent where required, and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw optional consent, but some account features may then be unavailable. Storage, security and retention We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted administration, authenticated API access and controlled document storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account and support data only as long as reasonably needed for service, security and legal purposes. Payment and audit records may be retained for statutory or dispute-resolution requirements. Your choices and rights You may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a grievance through Contact Us. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary for security and legitimate claims. Children GujMap is not intended for children to independently enter contracts or purchase content. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise use where required by applicable law.
